Partner Meetings

Henry C. Lea School meets regularly with its partners in the following ways.

Partner Planning Meetings

Lea's Community Partnerships Coordinator holds partner planning meetings with every Lea partner program at the beginning of each semester. These biannual meetings are an opportunity for each partner and the school to assess programming from the previous semester or school year, share feedback with each other, address any challenges or obstacles, and finalize the plans for each partner's programming for the upcoming semester or school year.

The primary partner coordinator for each partner program is required to schedule a meeting with Lea’s Community Partnerships Coordinator at the beginning of each semester before they will be permitted to facilitate and/or coordinate any programming with Lea students, families, and/or staff. Partner planning meetings are held in the fall (August through September) and winter (December through January).

Partner Check-In Meetings

Lea's Community Partnerships Coordinator is available to meet with partner coordinators and facilitators to check-in about partner programming when necessary.

All–Partner Meetings

Lea hosts all-partner meetings three times every school year where every partner is asked to attend so school leaders and partner stakeholders can come together to share information and discuss issues related to the school and its partnerships.

In recognition of the challenging circumstances we’re all living and working under, each meeting with be held virtually, and partner coordinators have the option to choose to participate either synchronously by attending the live virtual Zoom meeting, or asynchronously by reviewing asynchronous materials for each all-partner meeting, which will be held on the following dates:

Fall: September 28, 2022
Winter: January 25, 2023
Spring: May 31, 2023
